  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 8 ounces Vegan ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Frozen corn kernels
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the vegan macaroni pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the vegan butter. Add the flour and whisk continuously for about 1 minute to form a roux.
