  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

While the pasta cooks, soak the cashews in hot water for 5-10 minutes to soften them. Drain the cashews and add them to a blender or food processor.
