  • 250 milliliters Vegetable broth
  • 100 milliliters Cashew cream
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the finely chopped shallots and cook until they become translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Step 3

Stir in the chopped cremini mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and become golden brown, approximately 8-10 minutes.
