  • 0.5 cup Fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the romaine lettuce leaves and set them aside.

Step 2

Dice the cherry tomatoes into small pieces.

Step 3

Peel and dice the cucumber into small cubes.

Step 4

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, and dice it into small cubes.
