  • 1 unit Cucumber, diced
  • 100 grams Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 15 grams Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup Vegan tzatziki
  • 0 to taste Salt

Directions

Slice the tempeh into 1-inch cubes.
