Ingredients

  • 4 skewers Plant-based kebabs
  • 4 cups Mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.25 cup Fresh parsley
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill or grilling pan over medium-high heat.

Grill the plant-based kebabs on the preheated grill for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until heated through and slightly charred on the outside.
