  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 50 grams Raisins
  • 2 tablespoons Vegan butter
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, chickpea flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Whisk together until well blended.

Gradually add the almond milk to the dry ingredients, mixing well to avoid any lumps and create a smooth batter.
