Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked and cooled jasmine rice
  • 1 medium Carrot, finely diced

  • 2 stalks Green onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Tofu, firm and crumbled
  • 0.25 cup Nori sheets, torn into small pieces

Directions

Step 1

Prepare all your ingredients by chopping the vegetables and crumbling the tofu.

Heat a large pan or wok over medium heat and add the vegetable oil.

Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
