Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate large bowl, cream the vegan butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
