Ingredients

  • 1 cup Raw cashews
  • 0.75 cup Water
  • 1 medium Fresh jalapeno, seeds removed and chopped

  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried chives
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Place the raw cashews in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Let them soak for 10-15 minutes to soften.

Step 2

Drain the soaked cashews and add them to a blender along with 0.75 cup of fresh water, chopped jalapeno, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and nutritional yeast.

Step 3

Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

Add the garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, dried parsley, dried chives, salt, and black pepper to the blender.
