  • 0.5 Red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • 1 Tomato, diced
  • 2 tbsp Chives, chopped
  • 0.25 tsp Ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Drain the silken tofu and gently pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

In a medium bowl, crumble the tofu with your hands until it reaches a scrambled egg-like consistency.

Add nutritional yeast, turmeric powder, and black salt to the crumbled tofu. Mix until well combined and set aside.
