  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1.25 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 0.25 cup maple syrup

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the sausage mixture: Drain and press the tofu to remove excess moisture. Crumble the tofu into a large mixing bowl.

Add rolled oats, ground flaxseed, soy sauce, maple syrup, garlic powder, smoked paprika, sage, and black pepper to the tofu. Mix until combined.
