  • 3 cups Water

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. In a separate bowl, dissolve the brown sugar and yeast in warm water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.

Add the yeast mixture to the flour and salt. Stir until the mixture starts to form a dough. If necessary, use your hands to bring the dough together into a ball.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
