  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 2.25 teaspoons Active dry yeast

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 24 slices Vegan pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup Vegan cheese shreds
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Stir gently and let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes foamy.

Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and salt to the yeast mixture. Gradually mix in the flour, one cup at a time, stirring with a wooden spoon until a sticky dough forms.

Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead it for about 6-8 minutes until smooth and elastic. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour as needed.
