Ingredients

  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 200 ml Almond milk
  • 60 ml Espresso or strong brewed coffee
  • 200 ml Vegan sweetened condensed coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Almond extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • 250 ml Irish whiskey

Directions

Step 1

In a medium saucepan, combine the coconut milk and almond milk and gently heat over medium-low heat. Stir occasionally to prevent scorching.

Step 2

Once the milk mixture is warm, add the espresso or strong brewed coffee, vegan sweetened condensed coconut milk, and cocoa powder. Whisk until the cocoa powder is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
