  • 0.5 cup sunflower seeds
  • 0.5 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup dried cranberries

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, shredded coconut, ground cinnamon, and salt. Stir well to ensure the dry ingredients are evenly mixed.
