  • 120 g raisins
  • 60 g vegan butter
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 5 ml vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

Warm the almond milk in a saucepan over low heat until it's just about lukewarm. Remove from heat.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the lukewarm almond milk with the active dry yeast and maple syrup. Stir gently and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour with ground cinnamon and salt.

Once the yeast mixture is frothy, add the melted vegan butter and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
