  • 2 tablespoons, finely chopped Parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Start by soaking the raw cashews in a bowl of water for at least 3 hours or overnight. This will soften them for blending.

Drain and rinse the soaked cashews, then add them to a high-speed blender.

Add 100 milliliters of water, Dijon mustard, nutritional yeast, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to the blender.
