  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups kale

Directions

Step 1

Begin by slicing the vegan sausage links into 1/2-inch pieces.

Dice the onion and mince the garlic cloves.

Peel and slice the carrots, and chop the celery stalks into small pieces.

Peel and cube the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
