  • 2 cups cooked kidney beans
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 avocado, diced (for garnish)
  • 0.25 cup cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper. Sauté for 5 minutes until onions are translucent and peppers are softened.
