Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup raw hazelnuts
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 0.25 cup raw cacao powder
  • 0.5 cup maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 cup dark chocolate chips (vegan)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, raw hazelnuts, coconut flakes, and raw cacao powder. Stir well until evenly distributed.

Step 3

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the coconut oil, then add the maple syrup and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is fully combined and homogeneous.

Step 4

Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix thoroughly to ensure all the oats and nuts are coated with the syrup mixture.
