Ingredients

  • 4 slices Vegan ham slices
  • 2 slices Vegan cheese slices
  • 1 piece Large whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 cup Baby spinach leaves
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 0.25 medium Red onion
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Vegan mayonnaise
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Lay the whole wheat tortilla on a clean surface or plate.

Step 2

Spread the Dijon mustard evenly over the entire surface of the tortilla.

Step 3

Layer the vegan ham slices in the center of the tortilla.

Step 4

Add the vegan cheese slices on top of the vegan ham.

Step 5

Rinse and pat dry the baby spinach leaves, then spread them across the cheese slices.
