  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F). Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Roll out the vegan puff pastry on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle, approximately 30x40 cm.

Step 3

Spread the Dijon mustard evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a 2 cm border around the edges.
