Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Vegan puff pastry
  • 6 slices Vegan cheese slices
  • 6 slices Vegan ham slices
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Non-dairy milk
  • 1 tablespoon Nutritional yeast
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Thaw the vegan puff pastry sheet according to the package instructions until pliable but still cold.

Step 3

Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a clean floured surface to smooth the creases.
