  • 0.75 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 8 slices Vegan ham slices
  • 4 slices Vegan cheese slices
  • 4 tablespoons Vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Fresh arugula
  • 1 medium, sliced Tomato

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Cut the vegan butter into small pieces and use a pastry cutter or your fingers to work it into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
