  • 1 whole, diced Mango
  • 1 whole, sliced Banana
  • 0.5 cup Red bean paste
  • 0.5 cup Sweetened jackfruit
  • 0.5 cup Coconut jelly (nata de coco)
  • 0.5 cup, diced Vegan jelly (gulaman or agar-agar)
  • 0.5 cup Shredded young coconut (buko)
  • 2 cups Crushed ice
  • 0.5 cup Vegan condensed milk
  • 0.5 cup Purple yam (ube) spread
  • 0.25 cup Toasted rice flakes

Directions

Step 1

In a small saucepan, combine the coconut milk and granulated sugar. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar is fully dissolved. This makes a coconut sauce to be drizzled later.

Step 2

Prepare the vegan jelly as per package instructions. Once set, cut it into small, bite-sized cubes.

In a large serving bowl or individual glasses, divide the crushed ice equally.
