Ingredients

  • 2 cups Canned chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 pieces Vegan pita bread
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 cup Dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill
  • 1 large Garlic clove
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 cup Lettuce

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Pat them dry with a clean towel.

Step 3

In a large bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Spread the chickpeas evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
