  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
  • 4 pieces ciabatta rolls
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, prepare the marinade by mixing soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.

Place the seitan steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Allow the seitan to marinate for at least 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
