Ingredients

  • 200 grams Vegan halloumi
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 150 grams Mixed salad greens
  • 200 grams Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 0.5 Red onion
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Maple syrup
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 10 leaves Fresh basil leaves

Directions

Step 1

Slice the vegan halloumi into 1 cm thick slices.

Step 2

Heat a grill pan over medium heat and brush with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Step 3

Grill the halloumi slices for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Set aside.

Step 4

Wash and dry the mixed salad greens. Place them in a large salad bowl.
