  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 1 Tomato
  • 0.5 Red onion
  • 4 tablespoons Vegan mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 12 Cucumber slices

Directions

Step 1

Cut the firm tofu into 8 slices, about 1/2 inch thick.

Step 2

In a shallow dish, combine nutritional yeast, lemon juice, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Whisk together to form a marinade.

Step 3

Place tofu slices in the marinade, ensuring each slice is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
