Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Broccoli
  • 1 bunch Asparagus
  • 2 medium Zucchini
  • 1 large Lemon
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Cut the broccoli into florets. Trim the asparagus and slice the zucchini into 1/4-inch thick rounds.

Zest and juice the lemon into a small bowl. Mince the garlic cloves.
