  • 4 slices vegan cheese slices

  • 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
  • 4 leaves fresh basil leaves or spinach (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Spread a thin layer of vegan butter on one side of each slice of bread. Ensure the butter is evenly distributed for a golden, crispy finish.

Step 2

Sprinkle the buttered sides with a pinch of garlic powder and nutritional yeast for added flavor.

Step 3

If using, spread a light layer of dijon mustard on the unbuttered side of two slices of bread.

Step 4

Place a slice of vegan cheese on the unbuttered side of each of the two 'base' slices of bread.
