Ingredients

  • 2 cups Old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Coconut oil, melted

  • 1/2 cup Almonds, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Coconut flakes, unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup Dried cranberries
  • 2 cups Vegan yogurt
  • 1 cup Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Stir well to coat the oats evenly.
