  • 4 medium golden potatoes
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 small yellow onion
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup chickpea flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Peel the golden potatoes and grate them into a large bowl. Squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.

Peel and grate the carrot, and finely chop the onion.

Step 3

In the bowl with the grated potatoes, add the grated carrot and chopped onion.

Mix in the all-purpose flour, chickpea flour, baking powder, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, sea salt, black pepper, ground turmeric, and ground cumin.
