Peel the golden potatoes and grate them into a large bowl. Squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.
Peel and grate the carrot, and finely chop the onion.
In the bowl with the grated potatoes, add the grated carrot and chopped onion.
Mix in the all-purpose flour, chickpea flour, baking powder, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, sea salt, black pepper, ground turmeric, and ground cumin.
Stir in the finely chopped fresh parsley and water to create a thick batter that holds together when scooped.
