  • 60 milliliters Lemon juice

  • 500 milliliters Sparkling water
  • 1 cup Ice cubes
  • 1 sprig Mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
  • 2 slices Lemon slices (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Peel and thinly slice the fresh ginger root.

Step 2

In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat.

Once the water boils, add the sliced ginger to the saucepan. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for 15 minutes to create a ginger infusion.
