  • 2.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2.25 teaspoons Instant yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Organic sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 units Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Vegan butter
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well to ensure the dry ingredients are evenly distributed.

Step 2

Add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Stir the mixture until a dough begins to form.

Step 3

Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes or until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Place the kneaded dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a clean towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.
