  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 0.75 cup water
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegan butter

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour and salt.

Gradually add water to the flour, 1/4 cup at a time, mixing with your hand or a wooden spoon until a dough forms. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
