Ingredients

  • 0.75 cup Warm water
  • 0.25 cup Plain unsweetened non-dairy yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 Garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Vegan butter (melted)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, instant dry yeast, and sugar.

Add warm water, non-dairy yogurt, and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until the dough begins to come together.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
