Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 3 quarters warm water
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegan butter
  • 3 pieces garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.

Add the warm water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough begins to form.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour until it has doubled in size.
