  • 500 grams vegan gnocchi
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons vegan butter
  • 10 leaves fresh sage leaves
  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

Directions

Step 1

Start by peeling the garlic cloves and slicing them thinly. Set aside.

In a large non-stick skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Once the oil is hot, add the vegan gnocchi in a single layer. Let them cook without stirring for 3-4 minutes, or until the bottom side is golden brown.
