  • 12 pieces Vegan spring roll wrappers
  • 3 medium Bananas
  • 1 cup Vegan chocolate chips

  • 2 tablespoons Coconut sugar

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar

Directions

Step 1

Peel and slice the bananas into small, bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, mix the banana pieces with vegan chocolate chips, coconut cream, coconut sugar, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Gently stir until well combined.
