In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the activated yeast mixture along with the olive oil.
Mix the ingredients together to form a dough. Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
