  • 1 cup Raw cashews
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons Nutritional yeast
  • 3 tablespoons Everything bagel seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Place the raw cashews in a bowl and cover them with hot water. Allow the cashews to soak for at least 1 hour, or until they are soft and plump. Drain them well.

Step 2

In a high-speed blender, combine the drained cashews, 0.5 cup of water, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, nutritional yeast, salt, and black pepper.

Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary. This may take a few minutes.
