Ingredients

  • 200 grams Rice noodles
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 3 units Garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 medium Carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup Snap peas
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 2 units Green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, cornstarch, and water. Stir until the cornstarch is dissolved and set aside.

Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat and add the sesame oil.
