  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 whole Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 whole Tomato, diced
  • 0.5 whole Cucumber, sliced
  • 1 whole Bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Vegan yogurt
  • 1 whole Garlic clove, minced
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 pieces Durum flatbreads or wraps
  • 0 To taste Hot sauce (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the drained chickpeas, olive oil, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Toss until the chickpeas are evenly coated with the spices.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the spiced chickpeas and cook for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are lightly browned and heated through.
