  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 4 pieces Pita breads or large whole wheat tortillas
  • 100 grams Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 200 grams Vegan yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the seitan thinly and set aside.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix the olive oil, smoked paprika, ground cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, soy sauce, and tomato paste to form a marinade.

Add the seitan slices to the marinade, ensuring each slice is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
