Ingredients

  • 2 cups Green cabbage
  • 2 cups Red cabbage
  • 2 large Carrots

  • 0.5 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 0.25 cup Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Thinly slice the green and red cabbage and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

Peel and julienne the carrots, then add them to the bowl with the cabbage.

Step 3

Dice the red bell pepper and add it to the bowl.
