  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0 for frying Oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine grated carrot, grated zucchini, chopped red bell pepper, thawed peas, chopped cilantro, and minced garlic.
