  • 2 cups Shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 0.5 cup Chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves Finely chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 12 sheets Vegan egg roll wrappers
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the sesame oil.

Add the chopped garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Step 3

Add shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, bean sprouts, and chopped green onions to the skillet. Stir well.

Step 4

Pour in the soy sauce, then add ground ginger, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine all ingredients evenly.

Cook the vegetables over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender.

Remove the skillet from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
