Directions

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and grate them using a box grater. Place the grated potatoes onto a clean kitchen towel and squeeze tightly to remove as much moisture as possible.

Finely chop the half onion and then add it to the grated potatoes in a large mixing bowl.
